At the extraordinary General meeting of shareholders held November 22, 2023, the shareholders of Seligdar PJSC approved payment of dividends for 9 months of 2023 in the amount of 2 (two) Russian roubles per ordinary share.

The record date is December 3, 2023.

Total of 2,060 million Russian roubles will be allocated for the dividend payment. The dividends will be paid out of retained earnings from previous years.

Schedule of the dividend payments:

·         to a nominee holder and a trustee – professional securities market participant, included in the register of shareholders – no later than December 15, 2023;

·         to other persons in the register of shareholders – no later than January 15, 2024.
