The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was created to improve the operation efficiency and quality of the Board of Directors through preliminary review and advising the Board on establishing effective and transparent compensation practices, and human resources planning (succession planning) in the Company.
The Committee is set up on a permanent basis by the Board of Directors and is an advisory body that supports the effective overall management by the Board of Directors and Executive bodies of the Company. The Committee is not a body of the Company and may not act on its behalf. Decisions of the Committee are advisory to the Board of Directors.
