Polymetallic Holding Seligdar announces laying of the foundation for the gold processing plant and main facilities of the Khvoyny production complex.

By now, Seligdar has launched construction of the main building of the plant; sites for coarse crushing, crushed ore stacking, and receiving ore; filtration, materials storage and coal-fired boiler facilities. About two thousand cubic metres of concrete were laid. By the end of October, construction of the electrical substation of 110kW will be completed. Besides, construction of temporary building and facilities is underway including two worker houses, storage facilities for materials and equipment.

Personnel recruiting is underway; at the moment, over 100 workers and 20 machines are employed at the site. By the end of October, the number of workers will be increased to 155, and in the peak periods Seligdar plans to recruit up to 600 persons.
