1. On June 8, 2009, the Annual General Shareholder Meeting of Seligdar OJSC took place. The annual report and accounting documentation for 2008 was approved.
According to the Decree of Federal Financial Market Service (Vladivostok) of May 8 2009, Seligdar OJSC share offering statement was registered.2. Presently the shares of Seligdar OJSC are being introduced to the trade floors of the Russian Stock Exchange (RTS). An agreement about introduction of the securities to the market has beeng signed with “RTS” OJS . Presently the date of trading initiation is being selected. The purpose of this action is to improve liquidity of the papers.
3. On May 7 the Federal Financial Market Service of the RF registered the issue of bonds of the 03 series with the parameters adopted by the Decision of the Seligdar OJSC Director Board of 26.01.2009 about issuing the bonds for the amount of 1.5 billion rubles with the maturity period of 5 years and put date in 3 years from the issue. Surety commitment is provided for in the form of Seligdar OJSC put option. 05.06.2009 placement of the Seligdar Gold OJSC bonds of the third series had been fully completed. On June 16 the Federal Financial Market Service of Russia registered the report on the results of security issue. The purpose of the placement is to refinance the existing borrowings.
4. Preparations for reorganization of subsidiaries of Seligdar OJSC by means of transformation from OJSC to CJSC are in progress with the purpose of simplifying securitization for attraction of additional credit resources. Completion of reorganization is scheduled for the end of July.
5. Meeting of the Lunnoye CJSC Board of Directors took place. The budget of Lunnoye CJSC for 2009 was authorized an the draft of contract for performance of geological survey by Seligdar Gold OJSC ws approved. The Special Shareholder Meeting for approval of the decisions of the Board of Directors is scheduled for July 13.
6. Annual General Shareholder Meeting of Lunnoye CJSC is scheduled for June 30.
